Driveclub's course detail looks crazy in this raw PS4 gameplay footage

Driveclub has received clips of raw PS4 gameplay out of E3 2014, courtesy of Sony and developer Evolution Studios. The footage shows off the racer's dynamic weather and far-reaching vistas, along with input from game director Paul Rustchynsky on race challenges and more.

Driveclub appeared on stage during Sony's E3 2014 conference alongside Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. Naughty Dog has since discussed the sequel's gameplay and approach to action in a new video interview. Watch it here.

Rustchynsky explained that Driveclub's dynamic weather system isn't a case of on or off, but a truly evolving state that will change during each race, including rain, snow, thunderstorms and of course, blistering sunshine. This impacts many aspects of the game, including wind-shield wipers in cockpit view and handling on the road.

The footage above sees a Ferrari F12 racing in Chile. He explained that wherever you place at the end, you're still going to earn rewards by completing challenges thrown at you mid-race, such as maintaining a longer drift and more.

There's tons of details in the clip above. Have a look and let us know what you think below.
