The prices of both the regular edition and PlayStation Plus Upgrade Edition of Driveclub have been slashed.

Sony has reduced the price of the regular edition of Driveclub along with the PlayStation Plus Upgrade Edition.

The regular edition is now priced £34.99 and the PlayStation Plus Upgrade Edition is now £19.99. The latter is available to any PlayStation Plus subscriber, and will always be playable regardless of whether or not the subscription is active.

You can go through here for the PS+ Upgrade Edition and through here for the regular one. The reduction appears to be permanent, so that's always good.
A similar thing is happening on the US PS Store as well, although the discount is not as deep at $49.99.

The free PlayStation Plus Edition is still nowhere to be seen. Sony last spoke about that version around the launch of the game when it decided to put it on hold until further notice.
