3DS StreetPass crashes being reported after applying system update

European 3DS owners have reported crash issues with StreetPass after applying the latest firmware update. According to CVG, users are finding that when they purchase the new content available through the update, an error messages occurs causing them to be unable to download the titles. A Nintendo representative said the firm was aware of "the technical difficulties which are occurring," and that it is "currently investigating the situation." Thanks, CVG.
