Microsoft's demoing Natal with Katamari and Space Invaders at TGS this week. You can watch a video of the Katamari demo after the break.

Looks as though it works, although that's a lovely bright white room going on there. Project director Kudo Tsunoda told Kotaku there that the setting's irrelevant thanks to the camera's infrared sensor, though, and that the system can be used in total darkness.
