Steam Community Market now in beta

Valve has announced the Steam Community Market has gone into beta with Team Fortress 2. The Community Market was designed to "expand the Steam Economy beyond trading." Players can now buy and sell in-game items with other players with team Wallet funds. The market will be made available to other titles on Steam in the New Year. Items purchased are subject to transaction fees.
