Star Wars Battlefront 2 single-player campaign is 5-7 hours long

Following last week's big reveal of the Star Wars Battlefront 2 single-player campaign we now know how long it will take to complete.

According to producer David Robillard the Star Wars Battlefront 2 campaign will last between 5-7 hours.

"We thought that around 5-7, maybe 8 hours is probably a good amount of time," Robillard told Press Start.

"We wanted to stay very driven towards the Star Wars fantasy that the players are going to experience and not have it be drawn out."

EA revealed the campaign in detail last week with a thrilling trailer. We went hands-on with the campaign too, with our man John Robertson suggesting it fulfills the Star Wars power fantasy perfectly.

Star Wars Battlefront 2's addition of a single-player campaign is in response to the first game being criticised for being almost entirely focused on multiplayer action.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One November 17, but those with EA Access can being playing the game on November 9.
