Report - Wii U powered by Unreal Tech

Epic Games has hinted, but not confirmed, that Wii U uses Unreal Tech, if a report on Develop is any indication.

Speaking with the site at E3, Epic VP Mark Rein told Develop its theory on Wii U running the tech “isn’t an illogical conclusion to make”, but would not comment further on the matter.

Last month Rein told the site “the second Nintendo releases a piece of hardware that can run our engine well, we'll be on it like water on fish," and yesterday he commented: "Water, meet fish!”

Yesterday, upon the announcement of Wii U, Batman: Arkham City and Aliens Colonial Marines were confirmed as being in development for the new console. and both games make use of Unreal Engine 3.
