New Bungie.net teaser, Pardon our Dust

And here it is. The news item itself is entitled Pardon our Dust and below the image that bears the word "REINITIALIZE" is a transcript which appears to be a conversation between a UNSC Admiral, a Captain and some unknown intelligence.
Most interestingly, the post was made by Bungie.net user lllllll, which when clicked, reveals a profile featuring a picture of the Superintendent and the blurb, "Keep it clean" - an obvious reference to last weekend's teaser.
Seriously however, we've really no idea what's going on. If you think you do, there's a comments section down below. Use it.
