New Batman: Arkham Knight live-action trailer is not the one we need

Batman: Arkham Knight always shows well in gameplay trailers, so it's maybe time we tried live actors.
Warner has released a new live-action trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight. The first of its kind for the forthcoming game.
It's set to what sounds like a Nine Inch Nails song, and it features some folks in messy situations that could really use the caped crusader. Though I was expecting it to say "there's a Batman in all of us" somewhere, but perhaps that could be interpreted the wrong way.
Arkham Knight is out in June.
