Lone Survivor PS3 and Vita has new content and endings

The PlayStation 3 and Vita versons of Lone Survivor have a significant amount of additional content when compared to the PC release.

As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, creator Jasper Byrne has spent six months adding new content to the post-apocalyptic adventure - 20 new items, additional locations, more side-quests, extra dialogue, a couple of pieces of music, and two entirely new endings.

Some improvements have been made, too - a "movie-like" lighting system and flashlight effects.

Port developers Curve have added trophy, cross-buy and cross-play support, as well as tuning the scrolling and overhauling the controls, as well as adding Vita-specific touch features.

Lone Survivor was announced for PlayStation 3 and Vita in March, one of over 100 titles headed to Vita and part of Sony's indie push.
