Kane & Lynch sells 1.4 million units

According to this, Eidos's contentious crime action game Kane & Lynch has sold more than 1.4 million units. The figure emerged as part of SCi's lay-off statement last week.

Despite the game's solid performance, the company said more could have been acheived.

"We believe it could have sold more had we optimised the opportunity," it said at the time.
