Horizon Zero Dawn is a PS4 exclusive but if you have a PS4 Pro, there are a few treats in store.
If you're more interested in seeing some gameplay, then Alex has got you covered with his PS4 and PS4 Pro comparison video above.
Don't forget to tinker with the settings on the video to give your eyeballs the full 4K 2160p experience.
Horizon Zero Dawn was developed with the PS4 Pro in mind, rather than getting scaled up from the PS4 version, so even if you're not playing on an HDR-compatible 4K telly, there are still some differences that you'll be benefiting from.
The PS4 Pro uses supersampling which is a high-quality anti-aliasing technique that renders the image at a high resolution, close to 4K, before shrinking it down to 1080p. Technical Director, Michiel van der Leeuw, goes into more detail on a PlayStation blog post from November last year.
That means that 1080p on the PS4 Pro will look somewhat better than 1080p on the PS4.
If you do have a 4K TV then you'll be pleased to know that the game renders 2160p checkerboard, meaning that it's pretty close to native 4K.
Essentially, if you have a PS4 Po, snatching up this game should be a priority.
Horizon Zero Dawn is out next week exclusively for the PS4 and PS4 Pro on February 28 in North America and March 1 in Europe.
