E3 may still be weeks away, but the big guns are already lining up for Cologne in August.

GDC Europe's shaping up nicely this morning, with talks nor confirmed from Quantic Dream's David Cage, Crytek, Realtime Worlds and Blackrock.

Cage will be delivering Heavy Rain analysis, in which the Frenchman "will be driving the audience through a detailed postmortem on the hurdles Quantic Dream had to overcome to produce a game such as Heavy Rain", looking at making the "babylonian production while trying to keep creative control."

Realtime Worlds will be going into detail on APB, detailing what "worked and didn't work, what we learned along the way, and how the drive to go live served as a forcing function for a variety of changes that needed to be made."

Crytek will be looking at Crysis 2's art aspects.

There's more on GSW. GDC Europe runs from August 16-18 in Cologne.
