Deadpool is available for sale once again

Deadpool has returned to Steam.

Activision seems to be trying a new approach of releasing games without the expected fanfare. Having recently released remastered versions of both Prototype games, the publisher has today made Deadpool available for purchase once again on Steam.

This did not extend to the Xbox Store or PSN. Deadpool, and other Marvel licensed games, were remove from all digital distribution channels at the end of 2013.

This could be one way for Marvel and Activision to capitalise on the hype surrounding Deadpool coming out of Comic-Con. Or simply the result of license extension.

Deadpool's Steam page lists a $40/£30 price.
