Activision's NASCAR pushed into March for polishing

nascar2011

Eutechnyx's upcoming NASCAR title has been delayed, the developer has confirmed, saying the game needs more time for "polish".

Originally scheduled for February, the racer will now hit on March 29.

"The main reason is we simply wanted more time to polish it and hopefully make it the experience you guys are craving. It's never easy to delay a game as it can cause a lot of disappointment, but we genuinely feel that by doing this you guys will be even happier with the end product," said the dev on its forum (via One of Swords and Eurogamer).

"Believe me we're all just as desperate to have this game in your hands now and get online and race against you guys. But sometimes more time is needed to get that fantastic end product we want to ship."

Activison confirmed the game's existence last September.

It'll release for PS3, 360 and Wii.
