Grab a DOOM closed beta key at GameStop and EB Games this weekend

The closed beta for DOOM runs March 31 – April 3, and if you didn't get a key by pre-ordering Wolfenstein: The New Order, there's another way to snag one.

Forgive us if this information is already known.

If you head to your nearest GameStop or EB Games Canada this weekend, the stores will hand you a DOOM closed beta code starting on April 1 at 6pm ET and through April 3.

The closed beta takes place on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One starting March 31 at 10pm ET and ends on Sunday, April 3 at 11.59pm ET. You can check start and end times for your timezone through here.

id Software’s latest entry in the franchisewill render at 1080p and 60fps and include various multiplayer modes such as Domination, Deathmatch, Clan Arena, Warpath and more.

DOOM will launch worldwide on May 13.
