Destiny has over 20 million registered players, Activision Blizzard revealed in its financial report today.

These players have totted up 2 billion hours of play time to date, the publisher said, at an average of 100 hours each. Activision said the release of House of Wolves increased engagement, and that the DLC had a high attach rate.

In case you were wondering, according to the linked site’s records the busiest players have spent over 3,000 hours with Destiny. That’s over a year of eight hour days, and since Destiny launched less than a year ago, one can only assume they don’t have jobs, or possibly do not sleep.
