It seems the artwork for Battlefield 5 has leaked ahead of its reveal and it looks very World War I.

EA can blame the Xbox Store. Reddit has the image of the listing confirming the game, which has since been pulled from Xbox One dashboard.
If you look at the fella's weapon in the image, it appears he is holding a Mauser knock-off. We are only basing that on the shape of the pistol. He is also holding a trench club.
The airship in the background also appears to be a zeppelin.
Battlefield 5 may contain an alternative WWI history due to speculation from earlier. We shall find out later.
