Massive Battlefield 3 update goes live June 4-5
DICE has announced the contents of the June update for Battlefield 3 which will include a resolution for the M26 dart issue, suppression suppressed, and more. The update will go live on PC and Xbox 360 worldwide June 4 and on PS3 in regions other than Japan and Asia, where it will live on PS3 the following day. It’s a rather large update, and you can look over the patch notes here.

Sad fact is that this patch mainly addresses things they broke with their last patch.
The M26 issue is so severe that using it will get you banned on any server with an active Admin. This should have been hot fixed within a week, but no, lets leave it a month or so.

I really feel they should de-nerf the handheld anti-aircraft launchers. They are completely useless. To make make matters even worse they buffed the ECM Jammer…
