Turok remaster is coming to the Switch later this month

The HD remaster of Turok: Dinosaur Hunter is heading to the Switch in a couple of weeks, and it looks like the sequel is also coming to the console.

Trusty Twitter user Nibel spotted the listing on Nintendo's website, and fans will be pleased to know that Turok is releasing on the Switch on March 18.

The game will be the port of the HD remaster that launched on PC in 2015, and on Xbox One last year. Both Turok and its sequel, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil, got the makeover treatment, and it appears that we may see a Switch port of the series' second instalment too.

Twitter user Nitomatta claims that Nightdive Studios has confirmed that Turok 2 is on its way to Switch via its Discord server.

The two games were first launched on N64 and PC over 20 years ago. The sequel featured a multiplayer mode, which it retained on Xbox One, so we'll see if the mode makes it over to the Switch.

In the meantime, you can pick up Turok: Dinosaur Hunter for the Switch on March 18 for $20.
