Surgeon Simulator ARG hacked, alien surgeries unlocked

Surgeon Simulator fans have cracked the game's ARG and while the secret hidden within is no Half-Life 3, it's still pretty epic.

Aliens. Is such a thing even possible? Yes it is!

It takes a bit of delving and even then, the individuals that unlocked the puzzle still haven't figured out what the last two numbers signify.

After cracking the code and punching in numbers where they're supposed to go, the player will unlock additional surgeries to perform on an alien, including a gobbleshaft (don't ask) transplant.
