Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed gets Company of Heroes 2 character

Sumo Digital has added a new, free character to the PC version of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed: General Winter from Company of Heroes 2. He drives a little tank. I am overcome with delight. The kart racer is available for free this weekend on Steam, and 75% off if you like what you see.
