PlanetSide 2 PS4 displays at 1080p with 'smooth' frame-rate, SOE confirms

PlanetSide 2 creative director Matt Higby has confirmed that the PS4 version of Sony Online Entertainment's MMO shooter will display at 1080p with a 'smooth' frame-rate.

It comes from this PlanetSide 2 Twitch stream. Higby starts discussing the PS4 edition after the 7:30 mark:

During the cast, Higby added that SOE is working hard to optimise PlanetSide 2 on PS4, and to create a control and UI mechanic that fits controllers on console.

He added that the shooter will be presented at E3 2014, with hands-on trials for attendees.
