PAL PSN update - No Bourne included

The PAL PlayStation Store has just updated with one notable exception: no Bourne Conspiracy demo.
The Bourne Conspiracy demo was made available to US Xbox Live users last Monday and a PAL demo for the Playstation Store was promised to arrive today as part of Sony's Playstation Day update. Only it hasn't.
In fact, it isn't on the US Store either.
