LittleBigPlanet 2 video shows off what you can create with machinima tools

SCEA is having a bit of fun with LittleBigPlanet leading up to its January 18 launch.

For starters, its parodied the latest Kevin Butler ad using the new LBP2 machinima tools.

Watch the similarity between the two below.

SCEA is also sending out two sets of voucher codes to the LBP community. Check your e-mail in-boxes this week for codes on Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves and the expanded beta for LBP2.

The US PS Blog has also been handing out beta codes on the site, so you may want to check there as well - providing your fingers are fast enough.

As promised earlier in the month, Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves  has landed on PSN for US PS Plus members (just like our cousins in Europe) and if you are not a Plus member, you will be able to get the game on December 14 for $5.99.

Hopefully all this goodness will hold you over until next month.
