Level 5 hints at Time Travelers reveal at E3

A tweet by Time Travelers director Jiro Ishii says he's coming to LA next week. Sounds like a western reveal is on the cards for E3.
The Level 5 man said that "his preparations for have finally been completed." Considering he has not made the trip for 10 years, we are guessing that he will have something to say when he finally gets there.
Not a lot is known about Time Travelers, although it was previously mentioned by CEO Akihiro Hino that it will release on hardware that hasn’t launched yet.
3DS title? Sounds like it.
