Kim Swift praises Square Enix's indie support

Airtight Games has nothing but love for Quantum Conundrum publisher Square Enix.

"They've been great partners for us so far," designer Kim Swift told Destructoid.

"Mike Fisher who is the head of Square Enix USA - he's been really supportive of the project. He's basically like, 'we want you guys to be able to make the best game that you possibly can and have creative freedom and know that we're in your corner.'"

Swift said Airtight Games didn't care how the game was released, but "just wanted to do the concept", and shopped it around several publishers.

Square Enix will publish the first-person, physics-based puzzler this year through the PlayStation Network, Steam, and Xbox Live Arcade.
