GTA 5's Rockstar Editor is a great tool for creativity. You can spend weeks crafting a dark and violent thriller with moody lighting and atmospheric music.
Or you could make Jesus fly through Los Santos giving the middle-finger salute, crapping bombs and driving an invisible FUCKU wagon. Whatever best captures your creativity, really.
