Fatal Frame IV ships with serious bugs

According to this NeoGAF post - which refers to this Nintendo Japan note - Tecmo's Fatal Frame IV has shipped with some serious bugs in Japan.

Collision detection problems, invisible objects and freezing are mentioned there. Awesome.
