Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders From Planet Space arrives in North America this fall

XSEED will release Earth Defense Force 2 Portable V2 for PlayStation Vita in North America this fall under the title Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders From Planet Space.
The title is the predecessor to 2013's Earth Defense Force 2017, and was originally released on PlayStation 2 during 2005. Titled Global Defence Force in the west, the game was eventually ported to PSP in 2011.
Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders From Planet Space features four-player online co-op, an entirely new Air Raider class, and a new English dub.
The game will see both a physical and digital release.
