Dungeon Siege III comic debut issue out now

A free, digital version of the comic is available from Dark Horse's website, although you'll need to create a free account. You can also grab it from the App Store.

A 22-page print version with an exclusive story will be available with Dungeon Siege III pre-orders at Walmart.

The story was penned by Jeremy Barlow of Star Wars: Rebellion, with pencils by Iron Man: Iron Protocol's Iban Coello and Sergio Abad, whose credist include The Transformers: Prime.

Three episodes are planned, with the first concerning mysterious fires plaguing an Azunite-controlled village.

Dungeon Siege III releases for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in mid June. It's an Obsidian-developed sequel to Gas Powered Games' dungeon crawling PC classics.
