Co-op survival game The Wild Eight hits Kickstarter goal of $50,000

The Wild Eight is a procedurally-generated co-op survival game created by Eight Points.

Taking inspiration from Diablo, and more modern indie titles, like Don't Starve, The Wild Eight is based around a team of up to eight players working together to survive after a plane crash.

It looks pretty good - something that you can judge for yourself with the playable demo that you can download here.

The project is fully funded, but with 11 days of the campaign to go, a stretch goal has been added that will add extra side quests and soundtracks to the game if the Kickstarter reaches $75,000.

Backers get to play the game early, and some of the reward tiers will include keys for your buddies so that you don't have to survive alone.

The Wild Eight is slated for a December 2016 release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. If you'd like to back the project, head over to the Kickstarter page.
