Watch Dogs: blackouts, hacking, skills - video

Watch Dogs was in full force at E3, and Dominic Guay sat down with VG247 to explain the demo shown during the conference.

Other than explaining how hacking works, and how the mobile tablet apps will be part of things, Guay also goes into character skills.

Put it this way: you won't be a master hacker from the get-go, and it looks as though cars will come in handy should you need to evade those who control the populace.

Watch Dogs hits PC, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360 on November 19 in the States, and November 22 across Europe. It will also release for PS4 an Xbox One.
