DOOM multiplayer Alpha starts "soon", testers being pulled from Wolfenstein pre-order pool

Those who pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order will soon be able to try out the DOOM multiplayer Alpha as promised.

An official date hasn't been announced, but "in the coming months," Bethesda will start pulling PC, PS4 and Xbox One players from the Wolfenstein: The New order beta pool.

If you want to participate, make sure you have redeemed the code which came with your copy of the game here.

Those who purchased The Nw Order through Steam, PlayStation Network or Xbox Live already have a digital entitlement on file.

If you aren't chosen for the DOOM Alpha, fret not: everyone who pre-ordered The New Order is eligible to participate in the multiplayer beta planned for next year before DOOM’s 2016 release.

Attendees at QuakeCon 2015 will be able to play the pre-alpha portion of DOOM multiplayer this weekend.
