Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire sell over 3 million copies in three days

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire have sold 3.04 million units since their release just three days ago.

The Pokémon Company confirmed to Siliconera that Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire have sold over 3 million units since their release last week. 1.5 million units have been sold in Japan while the rest was in the US and other territories.

Both games have yet to launch in Europe, which will only add to those impressive numbers.

By comparison, Pokémon X and Y sold over 4 million copies in two days.

Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire come out in Europe November 28.
