A new hidden area has been discovered in Destiny

A smart and tenacious person has discovered a hidden, seemingly unfinished area in Destiny just beyond the Black Garden.
Someone sent a tip to IGN about how to find the place. It's situated just beyond the big glass window in that place with the blocky stone formations inside the Black Garden.
We have IGN's video of it below, as it's much easier to explain that way.
Being an unfinished area, there isn't anything you can do there, so it could either be reserved for future content, or simply a just part of the level that was cut. There is however one interesting thing, the rock inside of this pace looks to have the form of The Arbiter's face from the Halo series.
