no it don’t fix the framerate… framerate droppings and screen tearing is because of badly optimized code.

this patch is released because the junk code they released on the disc version, wasn’t finished. you can look at it as an expanded developer time.

me i never buy a game that they don’t bother finishing when releasing, i see no point in paying for a half arsed job. you know you will have game on disc that will not work without these patches.. and on consoles you cant backup these patches either. so when they decide to take down the patches from their servers one day your left with a useless product… i see no point in supporting that shit.
