Not that much competition but still very well deserved. I played straight through, couldn’t put it down. Thank god all my characters made it through to the end otherwise I would have been devastated!

This is a pleasant surprise, it definitely deserves to be #1. It’s not exactly a game, but it is extremely gripping and engrossing. I actually played a bit more of HR this morning to see if my PS3 was broken like the others, I got to the “finger scene”… and chickened out.

completed it last night, bloody awesome game, by the end of the game you realize just how many different scenarios there could be, really happy with my outcome, although i did redo a couple of chapters as they didn’t turn out how i intended them to, stupid sat nav
definitely worth another play through, but not anytime soon, maybe i’ll wait for the motion controls

Well done Quantic. Superb game.
I wonder what Sega’s marketing spend on AvP is.

What a great game……..
Who am i kidding? I can’t even PLAY the freaking game!!!! It gives me a error about Trophies, to make a long story short my PS3 is ‘victim’ of the Sony error now. But this is pathetic though…i DO NOT need to go online, i just want to enjoy Heavy rain….sigh.
This is the error
Registration of the trophy information could not be compled, the game will quit.

@ Moonwalker
This issue apparently has something to do with the system clock thinking it’s in a leap year, so tries to go to 29/02/10 which doesn’t match up with the other system clock the PS3 uses…
Wouldn’t use your PS3 until Sony sort out a fix for it.

sigh. i actually decided not to play the game right now but rent it sometime later this year…i think i will fail, like always, with this decission and will pick up a copy on my way home from work…this psn problem fixed yet? can i even play the game tonite? what about switching the date manually when you turn on the console. won´t that solve the problem? arrr probably not…

Holy crap I didn’t see this coming, but then again I’ve been mostly focused on all things XBOX360 lately. Good job Sony!

Congratulation Quantic Dream. Nice to see that a lot of gamers like your game.
Amazing Fifa 10 is still selling. It’s like a Nintendo title. Never stops selling.

I really don’t like this game.
But props to Quantic Dream for the effort and rewards. I doubt the game will stay atop the charts for long tho. I wonder how much the PS3 clock probs will hurt sales of PS3 games? Guess that depends on how long the problem sticks around. Hella rotten timing if ya ask me.

Superb result for them – I wasn’t convinced it’d sell right up to the end, but I’m really glad that it has. Maybe we’ll see more ‘non-standard’ stuff in the future off of the back of this?
