FIFA 10 kicks off in NA
FIFA 10′s launched in North America, as you can see in this PR.
The highly-rated sports title shipped on October 1 in Europe, racking up 1.7 million copies in its first week at retail.
The US packaging features Major League Soccer players Cuauhtémoc Blanco of Chicago Fire and Sacha Kljestan of Chivas USA.

Anyone know if I’m gonna be able to play my m8s with PAL copies as due to EA’s stupid enforcing of region locked discs I’m having to get the NTSC version…?

Len – What format are you playing it on? I’ll ask EA, if you like.

@Patrick: Thx a lot. It’s the 360 version (nowts region locked on the ps3 games wise)
Just weird that EA just about alone seem to region lock their stuff. I was gonna grab Brutal Legend last week but remembered just in time.
Can you ask them why they do that in general…?
MS have done the same for Forza 3 as well but don’t do it on all titles. It’s very confusing/annoying.
