Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U doesn't require online pass

Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition wont require a pass for online play like its PS3 and Xbox 360 brethren. Get the details below.

Siliconera has been getting to grips with the game online and found that the Wii U build doesn't require an online code and reports that typically the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions would come bundled with a free online code, while second hand buyers would have to shell out an additional $10 to play online.

The Wii U edition of Namco's brawler also comes with all existing DLC on the disc as standard, such as pre-order characters, Nintendo costumes and Snoop Lion's stage.

The site also notes that all of the online matches it has played so far have suffered latency issues and erratic connection speeds.
