Star Ocean PSP games dated for the US

According to this Forever-Fantasy piece, the two Star Ocean PSP remakes listed in Square Enix's European E3 press release have been dated for America but its US counterpart.
Star Ocean: First Departure will be out on October 21 in the US, followed by Star Ocean: Second Evolution on January 6 next year.
No confirmation on this for Europe as yet, but PSP's region-free, English-speaking kids. Just saying.
