Sega launches teaser site, possibly for Vita card battler

Sega has opened a teaser site for a mysterious new project, apparently headed to Vita, with a revealed expected before the end of the month.
The page's katakana title reads "action x simulation x card battle".
An English line promises an October 28 update, and gives the tagline "the new story will begin". The Japanese text below is a copyright notice.
According to Gematsu, the main image on the page is the character for "violent" or "rage".
Gematsu also noticed that the page's source code contains references to the Vita, and - enigmatically - the number 4936.
