PS3 Super Slim launch propels console sales up 138%

PS3 Super Slim may not be any cheaper than the original PS3 slim model, but its launch has caused overall PS3 sales to rocket by 138% in the UK last week.

MCV reports that of the 138% increase, 37% of those sales were of the PS3 Super Slim 500GB model.
