Project X Zone 2 brings multi-publisher mish-mash back to 3DS

Project X Zone brings together characters from Capcom, Namco Bandai and Sega games in a glorious tactical RPG mess. And it's doing it again.

Project X Zone 2 is coming to 3DS, and will release in northern autumn, both in Japan and the west.

According to Destructoid, characters from Sakura Wars, Tekken, Devil May Cry, Mega Man X, Virtua Fighter, .hack, Strider, Shinobi, Soul Calibur 5 and Resident Evil have been confirmed so far.

Like the 2013 original, the sequel is being developed by Monolith Soft. Check out the first trailer below:
