According to the company, after "thoughtful consideration," it has decided to shift focus and resources to PS4 and Windows PC to "further develop and improve the user experience on these two devices."

As of August 15, 2017, PS Now users will no longer be able to access the service on the following devices:

  • PlayStation 3
  • PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV
  • All 2013, 2014, 2015 Sony Bravia TV models
  • All Sony Blu-ray player models
  • All Samsung TV models
  • 2016 models of Sony Bravia TVs (on April 1, 2017)

All of PS Now games saves stored in the cloud are still accessible on both PS4 and PC.

Sony said if customer wish to discontinue their subscription, be sure to disable auto-renewal in the account settings so the subscription ends by April 1 on the 2016 Sony Bravia TVs, and August 15 for the other devices.

The notice was posted for both North American and European customers.
