Petroglyph's 'Victory' Kickstarter falls well wide of its goal

Petroglyph's campaign to crowd-fund its indie RTS 'Victory' has failed to bear fruit, falling well short of its $700,000 target with less than $30,00 raised.

The former End of Nations studio, which was pulled off the project by publisher Trion, has expressed hope in its final Kickstarter update, stating that it has learned a lot from the experience.

Petroglyph said in the post, "We've listened carefully to what the Kickstarter community has said, and it has given us many ideas of games we could do in the future. Additionally, multiple game publishers have expressed interest in Victory, based on your support, and we hope to still bring Victory to you with their help."

Regardless the game's official website lives on while the team searches for a new home for Victory.

What did you make of Victory? Would you like to see it rise again though one of the publishers mentioned above? Let us know below.
