Kodoku: PS4 & PS Vita indie horror title gets first screens, out 2015

Kodoku is an intriguing new survival horror title coming to PS4 and PS Vita in 2015. You're charged with avoiding mythical Japanese spirits by using stealth and magic. Sounds a bit like Pac-Man doesn't it?

PocketGamer reports that Kodoku will drop early 2015 courtesy of developer Carnivore, and stars a collector who has travelled to a haunted Japanese island to search for a mysterious book. Guarding the tome is a shed-load of angry spirits, that you must prove to the world are real by collecting evidence and documents as you go.

Sound and shadow have a big role to play in survival, as you can create sounds to lure ghosts away, and lurk around in the dark to remain hidden. You can even use your senses to reveal threats, which sounds a bit like Joel's sonar ability from The Last of Us.
