Double Fine's Middle Manager of Justice hits iOS today after accidental launch

Middle Manager of Justice is Double Fine's first mobile title, which sees you managing a superhero company in an attempt to clean up the streets. The game was launched accidentally a few months ago, and the unfinished code ended up as a beta trial while the full game was finished. Get the details below.

VG247 interviewed Double Fine on the matter - as well as some sleight chatter about Psychonauts 2 - back in September.

The game's project lead Kee Chi told us, "Ah yes, the accidental launch. Well, the feedback has been mixed, as you can imagine from a premature release. I think some people were very confused and saw an unfinished product. Once we clarified that it’s not the final product, people started sending me very constructive feedback and suggestions.

"We hope to keep doing this after the game is out there, and evolve the product with the community. Last Wednesday we couldn’t quite call it a happy accident, but it’s definitely been incredibly helpful getting the early feedback from players."

Well, that "Happy accident" has now blossomed into a fully-developed iOS game, which is out today, and best of all, it's free-to-play. You can grab it on iTunes here. Let us know what you think if you get it.
