Don't Starve Together is coming to PS4 with split-screen co-op

Not content to let you starve on your own, or get really p**sed at monkeys that fling their poop at you and steal your stuff, Klei Entertainment has decided your friends need to get angry alongside of you.

Don't Starve Together was announced for PlayStation 4 today during the PlayStation Experience keynote.

Already in Early Access on Steam, the game is a standalone multiplayer expansion and was recently updated with the Reign of Giants DLC.

The game allows you to cooperate with your friends in a private game, or take your chances against strangers online.

Don’t Starve Together on PS4 will come with split-screen co-op. More information will likely be made available soon, especially regarding online modes.

No word on whether it will contain cross-play with PC yet either, but if it can be done with Street Fighter 5, surely it cnbe done with Don't Starve Together.

It's out sometime in 2016.
