Dead Space 2 screens show off the multiplayer and Necromorphs

Some multiplayer screens surfaced for Dead Space 2 yesterday, and as expected, it's a rather creepy batch of shots.

Dead Space 2 is out January 25 in the US and January 28 in the UK for PS3, 360 and PC.
